Jesse was all boy, or was it AH BOY! What a beautiful Beagle and buddy to have at home.

This pastel is one of my favorite portriats as I think I captured "that look" that Jesse was famous for...he always felt that he was in charge as he serveyed what was going on around him.

This small watercolor painting on watercolor canvas was completed recently for one of my wonderful patrons. This was her birthday gift to the new owner of the Yorkshire Terrier. I truly appreciate her generosity.

Jack is like a wound up toy...he never stops and thinks he is as big as the Labs and Border Collie that he lives with.

The painting was completed using several wet-on-wet washes, opaque overlays and a few lines  of ink to finish it off.
